The people at Happe & Sons are very nice, honest and professional. Even though they consistently give higher bids than their competitors they do stay pretty close to budget. The quality of work is good (not great) but they use too many subcontractors. Some of the subcontractor's work was not as good. The project went on much longer than anticipated once again, because of the subcontractors. There were days that they wouldn't even show up because they were busy working on another project.
