I rarely do google reviews good or bad , however I really wanted people to know how amazing Jason and his team at Hapos Auto body are. Jason is honest, kind, very professional, trustworthy and his team performed such high quality work. He went above and beyond and communication with him was easy and completely transparent . Beware of this place! Poor service and a terrible attitude. When I called to book, the call was passed to their service team who were extremely rude over the phone. I then came in for an emergency because of a flat tyre. A technician took a brief look, claimed they were not capable of solving the issue, and told me to go elsewhere. Despite doing nothing, they still charged me money! They are highly unprofessional and have very poor customer service.
My car got hit on the front left and not only did that get a massive scratch and dent, I also got a large amount of damage to the front passenger door of my Toyota Yaris cross. They repaired it with no areas even showing any evidence of it ever happening. The also cleaned up other tiny marks and dints that my car accumulated over time. They got it all done within 5 days! Great job! At this stage I don't know what pricing is like as this was covered by my insurance.
