Recently got into a car altercation with another driver. Let the insurance company assess the situation. Was referred to the other insurance party this store. They managed to fix the damage on the front passenger quarter panel quickly and it looks brand new.

Extremely unprofessional. First, beware of them ripping you off, if you don't know much about cars then they will try to unnecessarily replace half of your car for the tiniest scratch, and want to charge just to give a quote. They claim it'll go towards the final cost but wouldn't automatically deduct it, acts confused when you remind them, then make you wait forever to 'find out if you really paid'.
