HAPO is a very incompetent bank to work with. We have had a horrible experience with our car loan and we regret ever getting a loan from there. I don’t recommend anyone to get a car loan with HAPO because their loan specialists are totally incompetent and unreliable. Please beware…… I repeat PLEASE BEWARE AND RUN!!!
If you can get your auto loan anywhere else please do!

They need to hire more people on call center, 15 minutes wait and I can’t ever get ahold of anyone when I’m on lunch or break.
