I can’t say enough good things about the workers of this place. They were all great but there was one particular girl with short hair who went out of her way to accommodate a group of little girls. She knew how to give them instructions as well as how to encourage them. The place itself is amazing and super fun. But having the employee’s help throughout our experience made it so much better.
What a fantastic place to hold a summer camp event! We cannot wait to come back next year! Thank you so much for having us!!
6/24/26: Hapik is my kids and my favorite indoor place to play! I came to visit my family for a month and glad they offer a one month membership without commitment. It works out perfectly. My son overcame his fear of heights in 2025 when I first took my kids here to play. He cried at first but then gradually as he took on the easy climbing walls and the ropes course, he built up his confident and now can complete the ropes course on his own. I wish there is a Hapik in Florida.
AMAZING FOR ALL LEVELS!! my brothers autistic and he was able to do it, the safety is extremely good, reliable and makes you feel fearless but also not too tight or makes u feel unrestrained. There were levels that even I had some trouble on surprisingly! i expected it to be very toddlerish but was pleasantly surprised. 5 stars 100% of the time the workers were amazing too very lenient and kind idk how there could be 1 star reviews
