I have been wearing Hapad inserts for 12-15 years. I have flat feet, roll to the outside, and have arthritis in my lower back. I have found that their products do wonders for my foot, back, and overall structural health. All of my shoes have Hapad inserts in them. I've been ordering My Arches from Hapad For years now... They are soo much Better than those Old fashioned Orthodics. Customer Service Has been Fine ... Had an issue with Receiving my Mail... They sent another batch Of Arches out for Free... Thank you Robin.
The woman who answered the call this afternoon was awful. A complete poor representation of customer service. She was rude and when asked if she could answer a few questions we had before placing an order (because we were new customers) told us with an attitude she can't answer any questions because she was alone and already had a ton of calls. Thanks. So glad my doctor recommended me and had told me to ask a specific question. Whew everyone has bad days but now I do not want to even spend my money here.
