I was surprised and a bit heartbroken when Hapa Izakaya Coal Harbour closed June 15—I lost the chance to eat there one last time! But the many dinners I did have were all lovely experiences. The dark moody lighting and intimate setting (depending on where you sat, but we always got a corner spot hear the window) added an extra level of deliciousness to their already amazing tapas dishes.
