I visited Hapbee Nails with my friend two days before her wedding after hearing good things, but I’m honestly shocked by how poorly the situation was handled - especially the salon’s response to her honest review. Instead of taking any responsibility, they essentially called us liars — denying basic facts like whether we received massages or proper manicure treatment (we absolutely did not), or that my friend was mistreated (she was, and we all witnessed it). I love this place! I’ve been here so many times (see photos) and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff are super sweet and incredibly talented at what they do. I showed the nail tech my inspo photo and she matched it so well.
Amazing and thorough pedicure, they did such a great job on my ingrown toenails, making them pain free! This will now be my go-to spot in Vancouver!
