Whatever you do, do not sign with this agency! I have never seen such poor communciation between landlord to tenant. They should go under business immediately. I overpaid rent for May and I am not renewing my lease. I am binded by contract to not have paid this month but they decided to keep my money under some bullshit. If you're thinking of staying here I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you do not want to get scammed.
