Warning, do not use Dr. Yu. Both my parents moved here 2 years ago and moved into Assisted Living at Gruene Senior Living a couple blocks away. Dr. Yu is a board member at this facility and we set my parents up to have medication managed by them as well. We thought this would be a great partnership. However, little did we know that Dr. Yu and his office are very slow to respond and my parents on 4 separate occasions ran out of meds. I have been a patient with Dr. Yu for more than 10 years. He has pointed potential areas of concern and helped me avoid what could have serious health issues. Additionally he has encouraged me to lose weight and helped motivate me to get there.
Dr Yu has helped our family for years. We feel so fortunate that he is still in practice. The office staff is so polite and patient. Oh, and check this piece of wood he just retrieved from my finger….
I am so glad Dr Yu took me as a patient 12 years ago. I had a few serious problems that he either gave a referral or a prescription that took care of issues . He listens!!
