What a horrible practice. Cant even speak to the actual provider office they have a call center that does not help at all. My father has been waiting to start chemo for two weeks. They kept giving him the run around then asked for $1000.00 co pay and no further assistance given.
They changed thier name and logo its now starling oncology it seems a bit strange no one notified us about the change i figure thats why its so hard to get my appointment set up I've been on hold awhile but hopefully it can be the same care I received from "the oncology institute "

Staff is very professional and accommodating. Appointments are always on time and the care they give during transfusions is great.
