Every time I order always one thing comes up missing when I call back they always tell me you'll get it next time I would never recommend them again
I just ordered a large orange chicken not only was the chicken terrible the portion was so tiny for $13.75 these people are charging a neck and a back and giving you little portions of food.
They Have terrible service the lady that answered the phone is so rude you order from there all they do is call your phone one time from their car and don’t come to your door when you order food they’re supposed to bring your doorbell. This place is terrible. I will never ever ever order Chinese food from this place. There is so many other Chinese foods that are so much better than Troy New York terrible. They need to get shut down.
They need better customer service skills n the have mouse seen that first hand tabs they are very dirty I wouldn’t eat there
I don’t know what these other people are talking about with the 1 star reviews we have ordered 5 times from here and it’s fresh and delicious every time.
