Nothing less than the BEST Dr. Hao and his entire staff are hands down, the absolute BEST !! They take their time to explain things, treat you like family and always make you comfortable while providing excellent care. I explored 8 practices before making a decision about orthodontics for my 2 children, and would follow Dr. Hao anywhere. You won't be disappointed, and you'll be pleasantly surprised to experience the high level of personal care and exemplary communication.
I love this practice This practice is absolutely amazing. The staff is the nicest staff I have ever met in the medical field. They are always so friendly and professional. It is actually enjoyable to pay them a visit. The doctor and assistants are on top of their game. I first brought my son to him and now I see him myself. Dr Hao really cares for his patients. Smile by Dr. Hao I brought my son to see Dr. Hao about 2 years ago. I can honestly say Dr. Hao is the best Orthodontist by far!!! I remember my son was won over by Dr. Hao even before the initial consultation was even over. He treated my son who was 13 at the time like an adult. He involved him in all the treatment plans and never talked over him. Dr. Hao made sure we understood everything that was happening at each visit.
