Great doctor, but the scheduling needs improvement. The office should avoid booking patients so closely together. It's frustrating to be expected to arrive on time, only to end up waiting 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. A better scheduling system would make the overall experience much more positive. Unacceptable wait time

To make a long story short, this office wasted hours of my time. They told me Dr. Santiago offered hard contact lenses (Dr. Hanzlik doesn't) so I spent time on the phone with my insurance company and primary care physician getting a referral and then took time off work for my appointment. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, they told me they didn't do hard contact lenses! They didn't bother calling me beforehand to let me know, they just handed me a paper with the names of two other eye doctors who apparently do... read more
