First saw Mr. Salama a few years ago and gave him a file which contained 2 EMG's which showed high muscle tension, 4 Epstein Barr tests (over 2 years) that showed Chronic EBV and other doctor notes (which Dr. Salama threw in the garbage!!). This weekend , Dr. Salama is the on-call doctor for the neurology department. After two hours of not receiving a call back, I called in again for my fiancé who has been suffering from severe migraines and bed ridden all weekend. When he did call, he said he had already called her and she said she was fine, he said he was unable to send in any prescriptions over the weekend. Dr Salama saw me once. He seems like a good neurologist. Unfortunately, his employees do not take confidentiality seriously. In a small town like this, it takes 1 person who is malicious to spread all of your private information. That is what happened to me (fyi, not to mention the sudden telemarketing and emails i was signed up for on a house phone that barely rang and a 1 month new email address till that visit), lol.
