Sad to say that Dr. Fouad makes his patients wait for extended periods of time - which is why I cannot use him anymore. Waited 50 minutes for him! No apology from nurses, just the same statements that, "you are next". Apparently, being next means a hour wait.
Went for an annual physical last week. Dr. Fouad did a routine physical, reviewed blood test and listen / discussed current physical issues. I've had a handful of former family physicians. Dr. Fouad has been my family physician for the last three / four years. Very rare for a family physician nowadays to take the time to discuss physical issues and recommendations. Great bedside manner.
Very disappointed in the way this office conducts business. First and foremost - don't even attempt to call the office for a visit unless you have taken a COVID test. We called the office with flu like symptoms on a Thursday morning - 0800. They wouldn't even consider seeing my husband without a Covid test. Had a test taken - would only still do a zoom appointment. Even though my husbands symptoms including chest tightness and difficulty breathing. A big thank you to Dr. Hany Fouad who managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule to deal with a frightening issue. He got me the help I needed. Always remember to be thankful when doctors see you—they never know how much time a patient will need and may be late for appointments. We are thankful for Dr. Fouad and his kindness and expert treatment and advice!
