Needed both O2 sensors replaced. Was able to come out the same day and replace them (I had tried to do it myself and decided I had better not in case I broke something). Cost was $220. Would recommend and use again.
Guy who showed up to do a pre-purchase inspection for me was just okay. I *think* he did a decent inspection but wasn't very talkative. I bought the vehicle and it's been fine so far. It was a bit painful trying to get all the information out of him. If I wasn't asking questions I feel like he wouldn't have offered up the info.
