Ever since leaving chase, I have been extremely satisfied with Hantz Bank. The personalized experience and the staff has always been great to me, and I always appreciate that they go out of their way to help me.
For closing on our mortgage, the only reason it went through is because my wife brought up an issue that had to be fixed before the paperwork was completed. After closing on the new home (which Hantz holds the mortgage on) they can't verify my address even after I send them my info 3x. Bank anywhere but here and you'll be better off.
