Monday night July 28th I visited the ER for my 4yo son and every single person I was in contact with was so kind, professional and caring. Dr. Ahmad was fantastic. Thank you so much everyone!!
A lot of negativity about this hospital, so I thought I would leave a positive one. The staff was amazing and Dr. Mosher took the time to answer any questions I had. Apologized about the wait time but was worth it to get the answer I needed. Thank you.
Staff are ok, hospital is terribke for wait times and keeping patients informed. Every single time I have gone here i have waited 3+ hours and many timea not one patient was seen. many times ive had to leave and go to the valley. Today was no exception NS wait times listed qindsor as 1.5 hour wait and valley as 15 min. I waited 3 and a half hours and was told it would be several more before I was seen. Went to the valley and was pulled into a room in 11min This shouldnt even be considered emergency care at windsor... its pat... read more
