These guys have really upped their game! I purchased a Vacmaster VP230 from them. It’s my second purchase from Vacmaster/ARY. I could not be happier with my recent purchase and their product support. Thanks guys!
We ordered bags for our vacmaster. The bags were dropped on a dirt road behind our house which is a horse corral by FedEx. I called customer service to only complain of the shipper. Customer service for ARY went above and beyond and sent us a whole new order due to being concerned that the bags (boxes broken open) were contaminated. They also shipped them UPS!
