Horrible... I wish Guaranteed Turf never got involved with this. They are just after money and don't care about providing service.
This company is a contractor of the association I live in. The lawnmower shot a rock at my patio door and broke the glass and cracked the frame of the door. They left a note admitting fault and said they would get me a new door. When I originally called they said they would take care of it and call me back. They never did. It hasn’t been resolved yet and when I contact the main number I got hung up on.
Please explain the "Hantho Killed Our Yard" Signs and the dead lawns in Golden Valley. Looks terrible
This Company (if they can be considered a real company) applied Round-up or some derivative of that product mistakenly in August or September of 2022. They responded in a quick manner to resolve the issue which i was VERY thankful for. My lawn was Strip seeded last fall and again this spring. My lawn was absolutely beautiful prior to the inadvertent application of Round-Up. The issue I have with this company is that my lawn needs additional care to bring it back to where it was.
