I had a really poor experience at this shop. I brought my vehicle in with two unrelated issues. Sticky parking brake pedal. They did not work on this saying their distributor did not have one of three cables. I went to Rockauto.com and found all three. Next all of my brake lights are on. They replaced a $550 ABS pump and said 7 of the 8 codes were resolved. It needs a new ABS module for the lone ABS light. When I paid the $1,300 bill and drove away, all 8 codes were back on! Every summer drive to Hansville. We plan any automotive repairs needed to be done here. They are honest, kind & efficient. They are a small family business, we know it could be a couple weeks to get an appointment. Plan on it. Very much appreciated…they don’t try to upsell repair work. If you live in North Kitsap & are looking for the best automotive repair shop, this is it!
Had a problem with my car while visiting family. Brought to these folks and they took care of it. Not only are they professional and highly skilled, they were personable and accommodating. Combine all that with a fair price and I highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing service, fast and honest. I tore a hole into my transmission cover and they were so quick to act and figure out what was wrong, ordered the part and had my van up and running again the next day. Thank you so so much!
My husband and I have been customers of Hansville Auto Repair since first coming to the peninsula in 2019. We have always been treated with kindness and our old cars kept in good shape.
