The garden center is full of dead plants. If you know the owner Then your treated right. If you don’t, good luck getting treated with respect. A customer received a discount and when it was my turn to checkout, I was told they couldn’t discount my items. Wonder why they would discriminate against a senior citizen.
Parkers Country Corner use to be a great store to me. I went in recently and three employees standing around the counter talking to each other. No one acknowledged I was even there. No other customers even in the store. I spent the extra money (prices are kinda high) for the customer service. Now I will go elsewhere.
I found small holes in my door screens as I got ready to install them for the summer. I called this store, they were very polite and told me to bring them over. They replaced the screens in a very timely manner. Everyone was so kind, it reminded me when people actually helped people that came to do business with them. I will be returning for other hardware purchases.
Very rude customer service which starts with the owner Bob Nowicki and trickles down. In the day of "big box stores" you would think that a small hardware store in a small town would go out of their way to service their customers. Not this store. Save yourself the aggravation and drive the extra distance for great customer service and reasonable prices at Home Depot, Lowe's or Menard's.

great locally owned business with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. had a plumbing issue and they knew just how to fix it ! Have been a regular customer ever since!
