Very dissatisfied with the experience. Our heater wasn't working and the guy who came to "fix" the problem charged 400 some dollars and left without fixing the heater. We got called a day later saying they needed to order a part for the heater and that in total it was going to be 800 dollars (roughly). I called another place and the guy was at our house right way the same morning and fixed the heater within an hour or so. He charged half of what these people were going to charge us.
