Would give a zero, have set multiple dates for my windows to be installed over 2 months ago and I get canceled on 30 mins before my 4 hr window is up or no call and no show. The disrespect and lack of care from this company shows and all they try to do is silence you not actually fix anything. Still waiting for them to be installed probably another 5 no call no shows and everyone acting like it’s the first time they have spoke to me. Run as fast as you can and do not use this company.

I had a roof replacement. The crew was quick and done in one day. It looks terrific. The price seemed high but it came with lifetime warranty and guarantee. The company is licensed and bonded and insured. Looks like local roofers do not offer these things hence the much cheaper prices. That in itself seemed critical in these days of insurance fraud and the “sue them” concept that is current . I appreciate the work.

If I could leave a negative review I would! They quoted me a roof that was double over 3 different roofing companies, so definitely get other quotes or better yet just don't use them! I would never recommend Henson to anyone. My whole experience was just uneasy, and to top everything else the other companies even offered a longer warranty and better quality material! So if your smart just stay away
