when 1 window was installed it was broken. the next day a new window was brought to my house, it was the wrong size, was told it will be reordered. on 4-20-26 called and reported front door shutters need to be installed.on 5-4-26 called and was told will call bak no call.called on 5-15-26 and was told manager will call back,no call back???????????
The rep was very good. The person he called was what lowered my rating.
