This has been the most awful experience I have ever had with a window company. From the beginning, I have had one problem after another with my windows. It’s been since June and still is on going. The installation was poorly done, including a bad caulking job on the exterior. Windows would not lock properly, and the company put WD 40 because I could not even close them to go up and down.
