Very thorough, very helpful
I paid over 13,000 for a new shower I told them I wanted a slip resistant floor and it was not installed I called and complained 24 hours ago and still have not heard anything back I wish I was quick responding to complaints as they was to get me the by their product
The patio doors were good quality. The installation was pretty sloppy. The guy didn’t do a good job caulking to assure that it would not let moisture get in on the sides/ bottom.
Salesman was pleasant and to the point plus had a good product for a bath and surround with new fixtures
Well the sales rep and windows didn't match. I thought i was getting a window that the sides slid in. I did not. The bid states double sliding windows. The rep stated I was getting a window where the middle didn't move the sliding would be done one both sides hence the double slide. Hanson is misleading and now I have i window i don't feel safe with.
