Do NOT do business with this company unless you like to be misled and manipulated. On 3/12/26 I gave this company $10,000 deposit for whole home window replacement. Windows were promised within 6-8 weeks. Installation should have been completed by the end of MAY. In April and May I was told my order would arrive by 6/5/26 and installation would take place the week of 6/8/26. Awesome service and customer care
Have only started the process with Hansons, still waiting on install and what not, but thus far has been 5 star quality! Ryan Lachapplle was an excellent replacement advisor, patient with my questions and excellent with his information and solutions.
So far, love my new shower. Too soon to tell, because it was just installed a few days ago, & my husband & I have only taken 1 shower. It didn't seem hot enough, so I contacted Hansons, & they sent someone over the next day, & the tech guy adjusted it. Now it's great! I definitely recommend a lufa type drainable bath mat. Although the floor surface is bumpy, it's very "slippery when wet". Ordered a lufa mat from Amazon the day of the shower installation, & it arrived in time for our 1st shower.
