I went to fux my old chevy malibu and after 10 days it was fixed. BUT, I referred a friend of mine who asked if they will be able to repair a small body work issue in her Toyota Corolla 1992. If I could post a ZERO I would, the vendor jacked my audi R8 up on its side fins INSTEAD OF THE ACTUAL FRAME - then gave me the run-around for months about how the business was sold to his brother (and they were both still there) and that he REFUSED to pay for the damage caused. Also when they mounted tires to the rims they used the metal bar directly along the black edge of my rim, removing the paint and finish ($500 each rim). This business has gone down the tubes. I have purchased three sets of tires from them the last one a year ago. Today I had a blow out on a rear tire . The tire was defective and jack did nothing about it and said that's the only brand they sell and he is not involved with the tires anymore and was very rude. I think he is burned out and needs to retire.

I had car break down while in Chicago from Detroit of my Toyota Sienna on December8, 2018. AAA directed me to this shop who were kind enough to fix this within two days. But the prices they charged me were almost double than what find later. Timing Belt was charged for $1632 where as Dealer quoted me for $731 only Thermostat remove and replacement was charged for $467 where as google tell it between $208 and $261 Radiator hose was charged for $236 where as google give between $158 and $188 I was also told that their service... read more

On a road trip developed a bubble on a tire. This place was recommended from another tire dealer for a place to get a used tire replacement. This place was awesome. In and out the door in 30 minutes. And price was great!! Thank you! Saved the trip!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS LOWER THAN A 1 STAR RATING I WOULD. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FIFE WA GOODYEAR AUTO CENTER. THE MANAGER TREATED ME RUDELY AND WAS VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. I FEEL A SCRATCH WAS PUT ON MY VEHICLE DURING AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. I HAVE SEEN ON OTHER WEBSITES MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS LOCATION. Disappointed... I've had work done several times and was always happy so took my car there to have the brakes done. After 6 months I had a grinding in my brakes and took it back. They said the rotors were bad and probably due to driving style, which didn't seem likely since the original brakes had lasted me close to 70000 miles, but I took their word for it.
