Very disappointed . For only 2 minutes GP visit they charged my kid $42 gap fee even though he has Medicare and healthcare card. Other clinics they have a gap fee of $15 for adults only for weekends visit. Would never go back again to this clinic
A few weeks ago I had a partial toenail avulsion done at Hanson Road Medical by Dr David Fitzgerald and I can’t begin to explain how frustrated and saddened I am with the whole process. Firstly, the three days that came after the procedure were absolute hell. I was in so much pain I couldn’t even limp around the house. Very disgusting clinic. They ask the payment before we book appointment. After giving all contact details and Medicare details. This is like shopping shop. I never recommend.
I booked my 3 year old son for Gp regarding a follow up for the result that was still pending that appointment. They charge my son a gap fee will most other gp will not do.
