Greg has been great helping me get my life back.When we first met I had lost all my drive and pretty much all that goes with that.He knew when to sit back and listen and when to talk to me,give me advice and when to motivate me.With the help I have received from Greg and my GP My life now has both drive and direction, with a smile on my face cannt wait for what tomorrow will bring.
I never realised how to cope with anxiety and depression and also how beneficial it was to talk with someone like Greg to firstly recognize this and also how to deal with it. Since seeing Greg my life has taken a completely different path with my health and his professionalism in my journey with this has been tenfold. I suffered mild to severe depression after a work accident that left me in a lot of pain and unable to do physical work i used to be able to do . I still remmember the first time i walked into the door and thinking what i got my self into here as that was the first time i ever had to go to one of these places, i was scared to start with and did not trust no one at all .
