My child’s dentist referred me to this place for braces. There were so many red flags with this place I ultimately decided to cancel my contract and go somewhere else. First red flags was that I made an appointment over the phone and when I came they had no appointment on file for my child. They were still able to see us and the coordinator was very kind but I was the one that had to ask questions about the different types of braces they had, shouldn’t she be trying to sell this to me? This place is the real deal. The size of the operation may give you pause, but Dr. Katz is amazing. The other Drs. are also awesome when she is unavailable. All of the staff are patient and kind. They did their best job for me, a complex case. I should have accepted the result as such, but I pushed it with another orthodontist, and now am worse off than when I started. If you're hurting, come to Hanson Place. They will not rest until you're comfortable and happy. They care.
I have been a patient and under the care of Hanson Place Orthodontics for the past 2 years, and all I can say is my smile looks amazing and I am so happy with the results! Dr. Gulati and Dr. Eisenberger are both amazing doctors! The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the process and Ram, the office Manager helped us through the step by step with appointments and even when I accidently broke off one of my brackets, he accommodated my schedule to make sure I had everything I needed intact. I visited 5 orthodontists throughout Brooklyn, I have not seen a practice so advanced technology, cleanliness, and so caring to their patients. I chose this practice because they care for their patience. They went the best for me. They did a great job, And They understand my needs and made me have a comfortable experience, Their doctors are really amazing, I wish they would have a primary health center also. This place is #1 in the Brooklyn!
