Attended for initial quote on one roof (two section roof replacement/repair job) and said quote would be completed on the Monday, chased up when the quote didn’t come through and had a conversation about doing both roof sections at once. Made a second appointment to quote the entire job in one go, didn’t show up, no phone call to advise he wasn’t coming and no return call after I left a voicemail.
