Terrible. Took three visits to get to see the pathologist as they were so busy from the moment they opened and the queue at least 2 hours. Build another Melbourne Pathology centre or stop referring people. The poor staff must get overwhelmed
Receptionist is hopeless, unprofessional and lazy. She saw me standing for good 5-10 minutes and kept on having household conversations with colleague.
Great experience.. Hanson medical centre is a great practice with highly knowledgeable doctors. My son was really sick with bad cough, the reception man was really kind and booked us straight and took see the doctor specially after hours. My heartful thanks to Dr Aamir to see my son. Thank you Team.
Dr Usman Ali is amazing
The guy that sits at the reception is honestly the best his communication and the way he wants to help is truly helpful and kind xx He definitely needs a pay rise handling all that stress
