Disappointment of a company. I made a mistake using this terrible company to do my taxes this year. I was given a quote of $550. Nothing else was mentioned about how the price could fluctuate and then sent a **** for over $700. On top of this, the company had internal failures to the point they couldn't finish my taxes (and many others) prior to the tax deadline of April 18th.
