Worst company ever. Makes same errors repeatedly year after year when processing annual rmd. Actually issued rmd incorrectly for 2025 as rmd for 2024. Caused income to double, for 2024 and incurred $2000 federal tax liability as a result. Now when requesting rmd for 2025, again processed it for incorrect amount in spite of specific instructions conveyed to my advisor, and confirmed by my advisor in telephone consultation. Disappointment of a company. I made a mistake using this terrible company to do my taxes this year. I was given a quote of $550. Nothing else was mentioned about how the price could fluctuate and then sent a **** for over $700. On top of this, the company had internal failures to the point they couldn't finish my taxes (and many others) prior to the tax deadline of April 18th.
