They very rarely answer the phone, I have left several messages and no one has bothered to or had the courtesy to return my calls. I have sent emails which went unanswered. The one time I did finally get someone to answer the phone, after many many many calls to them, tey gave me the excuse "We are very busy" Quite honestly, it's not the clients problem that they are busy, no one wants to hear that and that is a very unprofessional answer which to me says "We don't care about our clients, or the people we do closings for.
