I called the office to get some consultation from lawyer. I wanted to use my Metlife legal benefit. Left the case number to the assistant who was not able to even tell me approximately when I should expect a call and just disconnected. I called this office three times to speak with an attorney regarding a matter that I needed legal help with. The first time I called attorney was out of the office so I left my contact information with Assistant. Second time I called to follow up on when I would receive a call back being that I am seeking legal help.
