The reception at the front desk they are very rude. Talk about you well sitting next to each other they don’t communicate and there bullies. They team up on you when ask a simple question. At the end of the day the front staff isn’t nice
Dr. Hanson is my hero. His skill and excellent care of a problem I had for over 3 years was beyond my expectations. He also went out of his way to accommodate my request to get surgery done before the end of the year with very short notice. His kindness and the personal attention he gave me is uncommon these days. I appreciate him and just had to let anyone who is considering Dr. Hanson know that he is an excellent doctor in every way.
Horrible experience. ER referred patient to this office. No communication and no solution from this Doctor and staff.
I have gone for two appointments. Waited for over an hour on both, and was never seen. The staff was super friendly. Dr. Obviously could care less about anyone other than his own time.. Will be going somewhere else.
