He has been very helpful to me in assessing my options, and sharing timely market information with me. I really appreciate his helpfulness and patience in dealing with my requests.
This company has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Lorraine Fender is who I spoke with and she has zero knowledge about the covenants in our neighborhood while offering zero assistance of any kind. I asked for documentation she said I could not have which is fine and I understand the reasons but the incredibly rude and nasty way she talks to people is the problem.
