The team is friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They do a great job supporting both forklifts and dock and door, and their Linde, Doosan and Bobcat forklift expertise really stands out—knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Very bad service team......the parts don't arrive on time...they don't respond appropriately and are very rude...they open the parts on the date of service and just let the equipment sit for days without any response...
Guys stay away from Hansler! All they care is about grabbing your money and not providing the service. No one takes responsibility of anything and you get left out without any options.
Unprofessional people
Such a horrible experience. I would not even give 1 star. Stay away!
