Quick, efficient and wonderfully friendly!
Sr. Prasad is amazing. I had scheduled my annual eye exam. She needed to reschedule. Unfortunately, her next available appointment that worked with my schedule was 6 weeks out. She offered to work her lunch hour. That’s an example of how much she cares about her patients! She made me feel like she had plenty of time to spend with me answering questions. I spent more time laughing than choosing between option 1 or option 2.
