Dr. Hanshaw is an amazing doctor, Ive been seeing him for years. He listens & is very understanding. But he has a horrible, rude office staff. They're too irritable and apparently too busy to help, pretty condescending, and pretty much rude. It's definitely not a reflection on the doctor but if I were him I would replace them both!
Dr. Hanshaw is actually great! Watch out for his crew though, especially Rita. She talked to me in a very condescending way over the phone, like she is doing us a huge favor by doing her job that she is paid to do. She made sure that she SLAMMED the phone on my face because I asked her why she wouldn't let me talk. I am confident there are better Doctor's Offices out there.
