I renovated my bathroom with a HansGrohe Rainhead Shower (Whirl Air-Rain Air) in 2014. Within 5 years the internal mechanism stopped working and I replaced it with the same again. Again within 5 years it failed. I purchased a new shower rail and handset shower set for our family bathroom. As we have used this brand for many years I was confident that the brand supplied excellent quality tap and shower fittings. I purchased a Hansgrohe Raindance Select S120 Shower set in Chrome on July 15 2024 through Cass Bros online. The set was installed by our usual plumber on August 13, 2024. Purchased a kitchen mixer tap, about $800 from E&S trading. Within 5 months the paint was peeling of in flakes from the spray attachment, next the whole attachment broke off. After multiple (6) calls to E&S ,a rep from Hansgrohe finally contacted myself, and said they would check with Germany b4 they would be able to assist. and again they have not been in touch. I GIVE UP, Please avoid this brand and save yourself the disappointment.
Very impressed with this company. We recently had a warranty claim and they were excellent in sending out a new part and communicating promptly. Very professional company.
