Clean and good staff = 1 star Dismissive of my desired procedure and unable/un willing to be in the least bit confidence inspiring during a discussion that was aimed at changing my mind That largely due to evasiveness and a general lack of candour = -2 stars Getting one of the staff to phone me at home trying to change my mind about desired procedure at a later date = - 2 stars Referring me to Mr Pahal at Austin Dental = -1 star IMO deserves the zero rating this review adds up to
Dr. Rozon has been our family's dentist for over 30 years (sorry, aging us all!) She and her team have always been wonderful to us, and Dr. Hansford & team have been an amazing addition. We feel extremely fortunate. When our children were young, they were never afraid to go to Dr. Suzy, because it was always a positive experience! I was a bit nervous when Dr. Rozon took on a partner, but Dr. Hansford has been great, as well! I always know I'm in great hands! Wow!!! I am so glad I switched to this dentist. Amazing group of staff always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their patients. I have quite a bit of anxiety when seeing the dentist because of pain and or treatments, but this is the DENTIST!! They are very accommodating, listen to your needs and fears of pain or work that needs to be done. They really treat you like family here and not a money grab like my previous dentist.
