Here is a heads up. This business has too much work and will not come out to give estimates. Somebody once told me that if you cannot handle the volume of business you currently have, in a short time you will have the volume of business you can handle. I have used Hansen's twice before; once while Andy still owned the business, and once after he sold it. Prices were a bit on the steep side. Watch out and compare to a similar window from Home Depot. They can be a good option for one of a kind window, but not a good choice for a generic one.
We used this company last year to replace a couple of original windows and/or window hardware in our 1932 house. They are fast, professional, reasonably priced, and did a SUPERB job! We will definitely recommend and use them again! (Shelby and Armando)
