Rolled into the campground and my class C died just inside the gate and would not start. Got ahold of Daren and he came out the next day to run diagnostics on my Cat engine. Couldn’t get any info off the ECM so he set up for Taylor to come out after the holiday weekend. Taylor ran some more tests and confirmed what Daren was thinking…bad ECM. I would still be dead in the water if not for Hansen’s truck and equipment repair. Would recommend these guys hands down every time.
Fantastic customer service, saved me on a repair I thought I needed, amazing people and amazing mechanics. 10/10 will always choose them
Had 2 exhaust bolts on my 6.7 Cummins 40 FT Diesel pusher broke. One was already broke and I didn't know it, Monarch Pass polished off the other one, probably from thermal cycling. They got the parts and did an excellent repair job. Traveled back across the country to Arkansas seeing a 1.5 to 2 mpg improvement. Darrel did a great job getting the parts in and with his repair time projections. The shop rates are high compared to Arkansas but normal for Colorado and the West Slope. Fixed our axle seal on our Motorhome. The communication with Daren was great. He always answered the phone or text messages. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy. I took it to the shop, and we were done within the hour at a great price! He also runs road calls and fixes breakdowns...
We were traveling through with our truck and trailer and started having trouble with our trailer brakes. It was a late Saturday afternoon and still had two States to cover to get back home. We called Hansens Truck Repair because they were the first company listed and close by. Met Taylor at the shop and he helped figure out the problem in short order. We are very thankful for the fast response and help to get us back on the road towards home. Thank you
