We used Hansen's for an extensive kitchen renovation that included laundry, living room, partial dining/rec room, and removal of a staircase. I can't say enough good things about working with the Hansens. Jack, Lori, Emily, and the whole team (as well as the subcontractors they work with) were all pleasant, skilled, timely, and very conscious of the fact that we had our life going on during the renovation process too. Very happy with our kitchen remodel in 2024 working with Jack, Lori and Emily. Hansen’s Renovations was recommended to us by our kitchen designer, Chris Ely, and we couldn’t be happier with the process and results. The Hansen’s were fabulous from our first introduction and we appreciated their communications, advice and professionalism throughout the renovation. We were so comfortable with the Hansen’s in charge we were able to spend three weeks in Switzerland during the process. Many thanks and we highly recommend.
Lori/Jack and team did a major kitchen and bathroom renovation for us. From design through project completion, we were very pleased with their services. We hired Hansen to renovate our master bath, move a laundry room upstairs, and create a new pantry space. I could not recommend this company more in every regard but what stood out the most was their communication and project management skills -- they set realistic expectations (which they met) and consistently updated us on progress, etc... which is the most common annoyance homeowners face when embarking on similar projects so I valued this aspect the most.
