I was on a cross country ride from VA. Stopped by cold for an oil change and check over before heading back to close the loop. Cliff and Dave had a line of bikes to service already, yet took me in and had me on the road in 1:15 - oil and filter, aired tires to spec, ran a diagnostic, and put all in my bike’s service record. Got some great pointers on how to get the most out of my GSA for years to come. The service and professionalism was top notch. Getting hard to find care like this anywhere - Thank You!
Wow!!! Showed up at their door before they opened. Dave (the tech) was there early. I needed a tire to continue my 2 week trip. No problem. We can do that. Back on the road in less than 2 hours. Great service!!!!!!! Thanks guys!
I needed an unplanned tire replacement while on a long trip from Michigan to California. Craig and Dave managed to work my tire replacement into their busy schedule while my wife and I waited at a local coffee shop. Dave was able to identify a couple of other issues with my R1200RT, which were addressed on the spot. I was very impressed with the skill and dedication these folks bring to the BMW community. Highly recommended!!!
In June of 2022 I bought a BMW adventure bike in order to combat high fuel costs while having fun. Being a noob, I decided to find some local pros to perform a safety check/general maintenance. All my word of mouth inquiries steered me to Hansen’s BMW. Craig and Dave treated me like a human. They answered all my stupid questions with twinkles in their eyes and facilitated a fantastic mechanical service. This is what a motorcycle shop should be! Excellent communication, excellent pricing, excellent work! It's rare to find a shop that's meticulous and non-condensending! I've been riding BMW bikes since I was a kid of 18 back in 1977... Craig Hansen was in already in business back then! I've had a couple of final drives worked on by that shop... again... excellent! They've set the bar very high... no other shop comes close!
