We’ve had several of my girls do weights and conditioning classes at Hansen Athletics and they’ve all loved it and had the best experience!! They are very accommodating with our crazy schedules and always try to find ways to help us out. I’ve seen major improvements in my girls overall strength, endurance and most importantly self esteem and I know the amazing staff at Hansens has had a big hand in that!!

Hansen Athletics is a great place for those of all ages to train! We love going to their facility. Darren and the rest of the staff are caring and make an environment you want to train at. They are supremely knowledgeable and qualified for all things strength and conditioning! When we can’t make it over to the facility, we have appreciated the care and attention paid to our track training program through a remote training program! 3, Allen family daughters have trained at Hansen Athletics. Darren, Shelton and team have been great to work with, and our daughters have shown very good athletic growth and personal growth while training here. Hansen's has a very extensive program for any athlete. The list of athletes that have trained here and gone on to the next level is huge, and growing. Get your kids off the couch and into Hansen's now!
