Coach Hansen is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He knows exactly how to build effective programs for athletes and has helped me better understand what athletes truly need (and don’t need). I especially appreciate how he makes training both purposeful and fun. I highly recommend working with him and his team.

Hansen Athletics provided a welcoming and safe environment for my daughter to train and learn to improve her physical fitness. The coaches are highly educated and have shared a wealth of knowledge in regards to her fitness journey.

This is one of the best places around for my kid. The push her to do great things. Great at communication and all the athletes are very positive and supportive. We absolutely love this place.
