Randy was very professional, my floors and couch looks fantastic. Will Definitely be using them. And Christie was so friendly setting the whole thing up, It’s so nice to deal with people like this. Will use them again.
The lady that answers the phone was so nice and polite. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but our carpets look basically the same way they did before the service. All the same stains are there and our carpets are not vibrant and noticeably different. I understand everyone has an off day but we are less than satisfied to say the least.
Did a great job in a timely manner fixing an issue with our old cabin.
